To register with JKL Dairy and Food services Ltd through this website you must be over the age of eighteen years. Please ensure that the details you submit are correct and you must let us know of any change by updating your details.

Terms & conditions for the purchase of goods

All purchases made on this website are governed by these terms & conditions at the time of purchase. If you order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes for future purchases. Please check before each order to ensure that you are aware of the exact terms & conditions that apply to your purchase. We will always show the date when these terms & conditions were last amended.

Price & Delivery Charge

The price of all produce will be shown on the website at time of your order, subject to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. When the product you order is not available we will endeavour to supply you with a product of equivalent or better quality and you will be charged for the original item. Please note that as promotions are only offered for a limited time subsequent alterations to your order may mean that certain special offers are no longer being offered.

All prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT (if applicable) and payable at the current rate.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by Debit or Credit card. The cards accepted by us are shown on the website at the time you place your order.

This will tell you that the latest invoice has been charged to your online account. This invoice will include up to date purchases and payments. Customers will then be expected to settle their account online, in accordance with the payment schedule set up. If no payment is received within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to stop all future deliveries until the account is cleared. Payment can also be made to your roundsman by arrangement.

No card details will be kept or stored by JKL Dairy and Food services Ltd 

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the given address when you registered on our website. We reserve the right to stop or reduce deliveries at any given time at our sole discretion.

All goods are subject to availability. We may limit the amount of goods on your order (especially those on special offer) if we feel that this may jeopardise availability to other customers. If the goods you order are not available we will always endeavour to supply you with a substitute product of similar or better quality and you will be charged with the original item. You may return any substitute item for a full refund.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless product is faulty or delivered in error.  You must notify us within 24 hours of goods being received.

Defective or Incomplete Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods delivered to you are defective or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours. You will not be charged for these goods. All goods need to be returned to JKL Dairy and Food services Ltd 

All of these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. They do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for:

Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence

Fraud

Any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

We cannot be held for breach of contract as a result of any delay in our performance or failure in our obligations if circumstances fall out of our reasonable control including (but not limited to) fire, flood, other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to power supplies, civil commotion, acts of war or terrorism. Disruption to our website or traffic problems.

We will not divulge, disclose, sell, or lease your personal information to any third party unless we have your permission or are required by law.

When you register with JKL Dairy and Food services Ltd you will be requested to create a password. You must keep this secret as it is your Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. You are responsible for all orders you place with JKL Dairy and Food services Ltd.
